4freedom scribbled: NC SBOE has begun responding to these requests: http://tinyurl.com/553yfx Short answer: As suspected, SBOE believes its obligation does not go beyond simply adding presidential names to the ballot as directed by approved privately organized political parties. Only place to challenge (outside a novel lawsuit) is the floor of Congress as electoral college votes are being opened. Must have at least one Senator and one House member from the same state submit challenge in writing during the vote tabulation process. An answer to resolve the challenge must be provided before the electoral vote counting process can continue.
