How to use direct mail and the telephone to develop Bequests

Rich Fox gives a quick overview of his Legacy Leadership Program, whichhas proven extraordinarily effective at using direct mail and the telephone incombination to move many donors to leave bequests to organizations. Hewill outline how to target donors, how to communicate with them by mailand phone, and how to build a stronger relationship with them in order tomaximize the size of the bequest that they leave you.
