 The Child Abuse & Neglect Prevention Task Force (CAN Prevent)Recognition Awards are presented in honor of long-timechildren’s advocate and leader in the prevention of child abuseand neglect in Nevada – Kristine Nagy-Johnson. Kristine’sdedication to children was exceptional, effecting everyone sheworked with and for as a senior employee of the Nevada Divisionof Child and Family Services. The CAN Prevent Task Forcebelieves it is fitting that it recognize the exceptional workcurrently being done in Northern Nevada in honor of Kristine’sdedication and commitment.
