Also in themarketing team for this summer so we are really busy.There’s going to be an information session as well as a BBQ coming up at RGN. It will bemainly to inform of our services, to have some end of year events but also to consult thestudents on different things that affect especially RGC students. e.g. shuttle schedules, libraryrenovations, yoga sessions, free coffee, the SFUO’s events and services, the student centre, etc.We will start sending a specific leter to RGN to informe them of their services and activities…The Semaine de la francophonie went well: we got some media coverage, great feedback, adiversity of events, lots of visibility, great volunteers. A committee has been formed to do a local report.Finaly, we have started the creation process for the Agenda with the CFS. It will be made of Recycled paper, there will be more colours and less adds, etc. It’ll be great.I had been doing a lot of promos and banners to promote appropriately the Pandamoniumconcert as a big event with a super turnout. Finance ………………………………………………………………………………….With the businesses: we are trying to end the year well at the 1848 bar and at Café Alt sincethey will be closed for the summer. I’m very happy to say that we had a very successful St-Patty’s day at the bar – lots of revenue, few incidents and I was very proud of our team overthere.I’ve been working on the budget that I will present at the last BOA meeting. I’m in the processof meeting all the coordinators to make changes to their budgets.
