In the circumstances that this would be used in a character generation session for MG I think being able to save the form changes would be useful. Many will bring their own laptops and if that is the case they may print this when they get home.
I was limited in what I could do because I used a cheap little shareware to create the form; but you should be able to fill the fields then print to a new PDF using PDF printer driver (PDF995, CutePDF, PDF Creator, etc.)
