Safari browser
Saari 3.0 was released with the big sales point o being ast. Like many others, I was delighted to haveSaari 3.0 and I moved rom Camino and Fireox, orits speed and more MacOS-integrated user interace. Also, Saari’s rendering engine produces moreelegant look than other browsers. However, the speed advantage didn’t last long. About the time o Saari 3.2 update, Saari becamesluggish and also slowed down the whole computer, including other programs running simultaneously, even on my 8-core Mac Pro. My computer was likerunning on an older generation CPU.One cause o the slowness is due to the ineciencyo how Saari 3.2+ and MacOS handles the networkcommunication. Another cause o the slowness isineciencies o Saari browser and Java system. Now, I’m not going back to Fireox or Camino, since
I’ve fgured out a simple way to go around these two problems, and make Saari run lightning ast again.

Tried WebKitPageCacheSizePreferenceKey -integer 0 and terminal prompt says, command not found. Any thoughts?

Ha, no I did not notice any speed difference but the broadband is so poor in Nepal it would be hard to. Also, defaults write "com.apple.Safari" WebKitPageCacheSizePreferenceKey -integer 0 does nothing, but cant cut and paste, as silly ScribD does not allow, and does not even allow downloads to registered users! Anyway, enjoyed your cool photos... jigs
