Brent Silby

I am a DJ and Philosopher. I've published journal papers and many articles in Philosophy, and teach the subject at UPT in Christchurch, New Zealand. My main research interests include: Evolution, Philosophy of Mind, Philosophy of Religion, and Philosophy of Music. I am on the executive committee of NZAPT (New Zealand Association for Philosophy Teachers), and currently working with colleagues to raise the status of Philosophy teaching in Secondary Schools. My goal is to open Philosophy to a wide audience.
