Advertiser agrees to purchase, and to pay Tribune Interactive, Inc. (“TI”) for, the Advertising noted in this Insertion Order (the “Advertising”). Advertiser shall pay TI theTotal Cost in advance unless a different payment method is noted below.
Term:
Advertising shall begin on the Start Date and end on the earlier of: (a) the End Date, or (b) the date on which the entire number of Impressions have been met,Advertisements has run (the “Termination Date”).

If Advertiser is purchasing any Classified Advertising placements in addition to the Display Advertising indicated herein, Advertiser must complete a separate ClassifiedAdvertising Insertion Order form.

TI does not guarantee placement for Display Advertising. Positioning indicates Advertiser’s preference but is not guaranteed. Unless stated otherwise, Advertisingshall be placed monthly in roughly equal amounts. Each of these terms shall have the definition noted in the Advertising Rate Card on the TI Site(s).***
Ad Unit
means banner, tile, text tile, right rail, links, etc.**** Subject to revisions in TI’s Rate Card pursuant to Section 8 of the attached Terms and Conditions.
Services:
If TI is to provide any creative (other than creation of one banner ad), hosting or development services, Advertiser must sign a separate TI Services Agreement.Please ask your TI sales representative about the availability of Advertising Services.
 BY SIGNING BELOW AND/OR USING THE ADVERTISING, YOU AGREE TO ALL TERMS ABOVE AND TO THE ATTACHED TERMS AND CONDITIONS  AND THE TERMS AND DEFINITIONS IN THE ADVERTISING RATE CARD POSTED ON THE TI SITE(S)
. Representations and promises made by salesrepresentatives are not binding or valid unless accepted in writing by TI. This Agreement shall be binding only when signed by both parties.

Creative Services Turnaround Times
The estimated times below begin when Creative Services receives all art and campaign details and endwhen the designer delivers the initial product to the sales rep. These deadlines also apply to clients producing their own artwork, so that Creative Services can test the design.

Static banners (easy-to-produce gif and jpeg images): 2 business days

Animated banners (more complicated flash banners): 5 business days
•
Admail: 5 business days
•
Contests: 5 business days
•
Cars.com Magazine: 3 business days
•
Custom: Determined on a case-by-case basis
 
Revisions
Initial design as well as the first two rounds of revisions to any design will be provided at no charge. Eachsubsequent round of revisions requested will incur an extra charge of $100.
