Halloween Costume Ideas – Fun, Quirky and ExcitingHalloween is almost here, time to whip out that wallet and find something fun to wear.By now we have all seen the endless merry-go-round of constantHalloween costumematerial and they are flat out not as entertaining as they were when you were a pre-teenwho was just thankful to be able to roam the streets with your buddies without mom anddad for a night.Sure you can put on another leprechaun or bumble-bee costume but how sleep-worthywill those be? Exactly.We need something different, something that you don’t see every Halloween; or if youdo, something that can be changed and altered in such a way so as to make it your own.Its possible people, no matter what you may want to do for, all you have to do is believeand have the need to achieve. (Sorry for the corny rhyme, couldn’t help it) Nevertheless, try a fun disco-styled Halloween outfitby slapping on some bellbottoms, high top shoes and a fluffy afro that will sway back and forth in the wind as you move tothe groovy and spooky tunes while slicing through the darkness of the Halloween night.Don’t forget your afro pick and hair gel though; the outfit won’t be complete without it.If your excitement-level has yet to rise, think about dressing as people that haveinfluenced you in some way. Marilyn Monroe, Nelson Mandela, Johnny Cash and moreare all good ones. But if scary is where your heart lies, you could even try doingsomething truly frightening, something that is guaranteed to make your eyes bulge; go asyour mom or dad.Stop smirking, this is serious.That’s right, try going as one of them, it’s an idea that your friends will get a kick out of and one that probably won’t cost much to put together; unless you go searching for thatancient Bill Cosby-like sweater that dad had on every winter.But if this still doesn’t tickle ye old fancy, and if it doesn’t then who cares! Just kidding.Try going something unconventional such as mistletoe. You’ll get the, ‘dude, what areyou?’ remarks immediately followed by laughter and appreciation once you proclaimwhat you are. And the objects of your affection will feel obliged to giving you lots of kisses. Sounds a lot more exhilarating now huh?These are just a few of the thousands of ideas that exist. You may not agree with any of these but just agree to be a rebel this year and try something that you are a hundred percent confident no one will be wearing.There isn’t a need to spend much on an outfit, you can create or purchase something thatwon’t drain your already suffocating pockets.
