CoinneachShanks scribbled: I have exhausted accessible material for the present but there are important documents that I have been unable to trace. Some of these are from a European project on neighbourhoods, carried out around 1991. Like many documents of its type, instructive applied research tends to get lost . At that time, electronic means of document sharing and publishing were less available.
