expansion
cost
is
presented
as
a
desktop
level
estimate
due to
cost
and
time considerations.
The
totai
project
cost
is
estimated
to
be
%5,965,000.00

is
presented
in
Table
1.
The
annual
cost
for
debt
retirement
of
this
expansion
will
range
from
$596,500.
(early
yeas
of
bond
issue)
to
%
298,250 (final
year
of
bond
issue.)
This
is
based
on
a
20
year
bond
issue
with
a
3%
inrerest
rate.
The
average
annual
bond
issue
payment
over
the
life of
the
bond
issue
would
be
$447,3

There
would also
be
additional
operating cost
associated
wid1
the
new
treatment
units,
The
current
revenue
for
receiving
septage

approximately
$125,000
per
year.
Tile
expansion
would
result
in
a
net
increase
in
annual
