This was denied in July by the 7th Cir. Crt of Appeals. I am going to make a motion to reconsider as they stated that I didn't state a cause of action, a constitutional violation. I believe them to be seriously mistaken. The 7th Circuit is notoriously biased against pro se litigants. I urge all who are pro se and litigate there not to give up. Keep up the actions even when you are knocked down. Then publicize the corruption of the 7th Circuit Court. Only the light of day will change things.
