As the case has been essentially returned to the circuit court, I will motion the court to have an evidentiary hearing on the motion for sanctions. The judge can hear the motion or make an express finding per IL S Ct rule 304(a) that there was no just reason for dealying an appeal. Then I will re-file the appeal.

On 2/25/2010 the IL App Crt released their decision. They decided that since Judge Rochford refused to make a decision on my motion for sanctions against the defendant for making a fraudulent arrest warrant for me based on falsification of parole records by Parole Agent Victoria Pork Dockery, the dismissal of the case was not a final appealable order. Therefore case dismissed for no jurisdiction.

I am litigating this case pro se on behalf of the citizens of Illinois, to bring to light the sham IL parole system which is ripping off the public and causing the parole system to be a revolving door back into prison destroying the economy and society in Illinois. We need intervention by the U.S. Attorney to indict the corrupt and change this system. We need new leadership in Illinois. The Director of the IL Dept of Corrections refuses to discuss this with me or deal with the problem. The Dir. of the IL State Police, Mr. Monken has refused to investigat this multi million dollar fraud.
