MOTION TO ORDER OF PROTECTION AGAINST CSO MAHON, ANDDEPUTY US MARSHAL WAHENDA
NOW COMES Linda Shelton, victim of illegal action of Executive Committeemember Judge Holderman who respectfully requests this Executive Committee to issuean order of protection against CSO Mahon and Deputy US. Marshal Wahenda.Victim filed a petition for writ of habeas corpus with the clerk of the district courton March 19, 2010.The clerk’s office made an error in assignment of the judge.Victim went to the Chief Clerk’s office seeking clarification.CSO Mahon and Deputy U.S. Marshal assaulted and battered victim when shewas legally and politely attempting to obtain clarification.Victim made a complaint to Internal Investigation division of the U.S. MarshalService.As this complaint is under investigation and victim, not only is known to suffer from post-traumatic-stress disorder after being beaten by officers during unlawful arrest,victim is suffering emotionally from any contact with these offenders.All evidence of above is attached to concurrently filed motions.Statement from victim’s physician about the PTSD is attached.WHEREFORE, Victim request this committee issue an order of protection againstCSO Mahon and Deputy U.S. Marshal Wahenda so that they remain at least 50 ‘ awayfrom victim.
