PETITION FOR ADJUDICATION OF CRIMINAL CONTEMPT AGAINSTUNKNOWN COMPLAINANT
 NOW COMES Linda Shelton, victim of illegal action of Executive Committeemember Judge Holderman who respectfully requests petitions this Executive Committeeto for adjudication of criminal contempt against unknown complainant.Judge Holderman issued an order dated March 31, 2010 ordering the U.S.Marshal Service to harass victim as an illegal penalty on the exercise of her constitutionalrights and to cover-up the misconduct of CSO Mahon and Deputy USM Wahenda. (seeconcurrently filed motion to void order …)Holderman based his ruling on false statements (fraud) upon this committee asfollows:“When Ms. Shelton refused to leave the area, a Court Security Officer (CSO) wascalled. Ms. Shelton argued loudly with the CSO outside of the clerk’s office, thusdisrupting the flow of normal clerk’s office business.”This committee should not allow such false statements to be before it and shouldimmediately vacate any orders generated by such false statements as void.Victim has filed concurrently motion to void order with documentation.This committee should not allow itself to be USED by corrupt individuals toretaliate against a whistle blower and against persons who simply are asking for clarification from a supervisor as these individual(s)/complainant(s) are doing in thiscase. Victim requests an evidentiary hearing on this issue in concurrently filed Motion tovoid order …WHEREFORE, Victim request this committee to hold an evidentiary hearing toconsider this petition to hold complainant in criminal contempt.
