21(Proceedings had in open court:)2THE COURT: Good afternoon.3MS. SHELTON: Good afternoon.4THE COURT: Can I have your name, ma'am.5MS. SHELTON: Dr. Linda Shelton.6THE COURT: Okay. Ma'am, you are here today.7Apparently I hear from the marshal that there has been some8problem with Ms. Shelton in the building?9MS. SHELTON: Yes. They assaulted me.10THE COURT: Pardon me?11MS. SHELTON: They assaulted me. And they interfered12with exercising my constitutional right, sir.13THE COURT: I was referring my question to the marshal14right now.15DEPUTY U.S. MARSHAL: Yes, your Honor.16THE COURT: Now, I am aware of an order from the17Executive Committee restricting, Ms. Shelton, your access to18the premises.19MS. SHELTON: It doesn't restrict my access to the20premises. It just says they can follow me around when I am21on --22THE COURT: Correct. And did you go around the23premises and take care of your business today?24MS. SHELTON: They interrupted it. They -- they25prevented me from exercising my constitutional right.
 
31THE COURT: Can you tell me, ma'am, what was your2business in the building today?3MS. SHELTON: I filed five documents with the4Executive Committee to void that order and to discipline Judge5Holderman for fraud, for allowing this fraud.6If you want to read them I have them.7THE COURT: I don't want to read them. I want to know8what you did.9MS. SHELTON: I filed in the 27th floor with the10Judicial Council, the Chief Judge, complaint against Judge11Holderman and for his illegal conduct in writing this order.12And then I was going to go to the law library because I need to13look up the rules of the Executive Committee, find out, you14know, how I deal with illegal conduct when the Chief Judge15violates the law. And they said I had to leave the building.16I couldn't use the library.17I said, excuse me. If this order says I can't use the18library, and it says no such thing, your Honor.19Would you like to read it? I have a copy of it.20THE COURT: I am on the Executive Committee, by the21way. So I know what the Executive Committee does or does not22do.23So you were allowed to go to 26 to make --24MS. SHELTON: Twenty --25THE COURT: -- to 20 to make your filing.
