  • Barriers and Solutions to Implementing Social Media in Government

    by the Federal Web Managers Council Dec. 23, 2008 The purpose of these recommendations is to address the perceived and real barriers to using social media, and to propose solutions that will result in greater consistency and a clearer understanding of what is expected and permitted across federal agencies. We hope this paper will facilitate dialogue on these important issues, both within and outside the government.
