CITY SEARCH SUBSCRIPTION AGREEMENT

$450.00 inclusive of photography, photo imaging and posting of first 10 items per month to the categorysearch section. Additional items will be photographed, processed and posted to the category search section at $20.00 per item.Additional items posted using your own photography will be processed and posted to the category search section at $10.00 per item.Items may be featured in the weekly new listings section at $5 per featured item. All items posted with no listing price will incur a $10additional listing fee. On the 1

– there will be a $1 per item charge for each itemavailable in your 1stdibs storefront, For example: if you have 150 items available you will be charged $150.

There is a one-time Set-up Fee

of $1000 for the initial photo-shoot, processing and posting of 20 items (inclusive of first month’s 10items), initial system training, storefront setup and logo implementation.

Initial Subscription Term and Subsequent Terms:

Unless otherwise agreed, the Initial Subscription Term shall be for one year effective as of the date of this contract. Unless previously terminated by Seller (30 day notice required) or 1stdibs.com the initialSubscription Terms shall be automatically renewed for the same period. All inventory must be posted exclusively with 1stdibs.com for at least 30 days before it can be shown on any other web site (other than your company’s own web site)

2. Self service photography contract – the Seller provides the photographyMonthly Subscription Fee:

$450.00 inclusive of photo imaging and posting of first 15 items per month to the category searchsection. Additional items will be processed and posted to the category search section at $10.00 per item. Items may be featured inthe weekly new listings section at $5 per featured item. All items posted with no listing price will incur a $10 additional listing fee. Onthe 1
