While it had not been posted on the Docket, it is not unusual for a Court to consider the Motion in chambers before making it a part of the public record as it otherwise would lead to a distraction process that anyone could use to make the Docket confusing. If the Motion is granted the record will reflect also be reflected on the Docket. Just saw your note the the doc has not been "filed" which is not true, the correct term as it has been recieved by the Court would be "not officially docketed and under consideratoin".
