How To QuillFlowers
Paper quilling or paper filigree is a craft that involves rolling thin strips of paper intodecorative shapes, then arranging them to create a picture. You can frame your finishedworks, or turn them into greeting cards, gift tags, picture frames, or use them asembellishments for scrapbook pages.
What You’ll Need:
Quilling Tool (slotted for this tutorial)
Quilling Paper 
1 red 6 inch strip
5 pink 6 inch strips
1 green 6 inchstrip
Ruler
All Purpose Glue
Toothpick
Getting Started:
Make 1 tight coil with the red strip.
Make 5 teardrops.
 
Glue your teardrops onto your red coil. Now you have a flower.
Make the stem by folding your green strip in half. Glue it together atbottom. Make a loose scroll on one of the strips.
Attach the stem with glue to the flower. Now your flower is complete!
