furthermore to make reportsthose are not truthfully reliable and has tendency toward character assassinationof the Grantor, i.e. to ‘enforce’ the Grantor to pay in full amount for thepurchase of TRIWIRA shares in amount of

mistakenly-
claim against the Grantor to the Court of Singapore. Besides,PT. MERRILL LYNCH INDONESIA has filed claim on customer (i.e. the Grantor)who has been suspect to perform capital market infringement submitted toCapital Market and Financial Institution Supervision Board (

without supported by any valid evidence -,
as consequence, such action hasincurred material loss to the Grantor equal to Rp 250,000,000,000,- (
