Revelation, the Revelation of Jesus Christ, are the first words of the Book of Revelation. Christianity has kept closed this great story. All the other books of the N.T. concern the resurrection of Jesus Christ and "some" claim an overall influence of Mystery Religions from St Paul to Alexandria. But Revelation opens with all "things that he saw...for the time is at hand." And in Rev. 1:13 we see one like unto "the Son of man" in the midst of seven golden candlesticks coming to say he has a little against the seven churches of Asia Minor who have taken much from Mystery religions...starting with Ephesus. These seven churches prophesied the churches of Christianity today. All symbols, metaphors, parables, fables, glyphs of N.T. are recorded in O.T. By understanding Jesus Christ, the Christos, one understands the Revelation of Jesus Christ in the Book of Revelation.
