Rest? All the time. As noted, I just returned from 4 day rest and relaxation time with my men's group. I do most of my writing early in the morning, talk to clients in the late morning, then have the rest of the day to walk, muse, and generally mosey around.

Education of the public is important because an educated public can put pressure on politicians to allocate funding and to pass legislation that will educate professionals and parents in the detail they require.
