Bio
I have an MFA in creative writing from San Jose State University and have worked in the comic book (or graphic novel, if you prefer) industry since 2001. My short stories have been published in <i>Strange Horizons</i> and The Colorado Review. I am currently seeking representation for my young adult novel Sliver of Light and a nonfiction book about young women working in the comics industry.
Interests
Most of my interests are literary, but I love reading biographies of Mozart and Cleopatra as well. Lately, I've been intrigued by works about the intersection of science and the humanities.
