Jessie Upp, M.S.

Jessie Upp, M.S., has experience as a trainer, speaker and consultant addressing critical issues of self-care in leaders. Jessie Upp is the author of two books and is a Professor of Leadership at University of Phoenix. She holds a Master's Degree in Management from the Center for Creative Change at Antioch University. She lectures and facilitates workshops, improving self-care and well-being among leaders.
