Sure, I'll ask Frank and Brianna when they get into London on Wednesday just to make sure, but I know they'll be for it. I miss ANZAPA. If only all that mailing stuff were free! CHris

Comment on Man and Old Cabin - 3D Stereoview

Very different stereograph, isn't it? Mostly they were portraits or of famous sights as I've seen. I think this is a very interesting, if simplistic, work. Chris

Comment on Jerry Pournelle's Latest Rant
Posted on September 19, 2007

It's not that Harry Potter is the only one having great sales. The publishing industry has hardly been in a death spiral in recent years (or at least any more of a death spiral than it has been since TV came about). People will make money selling books, that's for certain, but how many people will have access to those books, particularly those of limited means? CHris

Comment on Big Damn Zine Aug Issue

Really enjoyable! One of my zines, SF/SF (available on eFanzines.com and eventually on my Scribd) covers Browncoat stuff, largely the works of the Silicon Gulch folks. Chris

Comment on Can Incest Ever Be Acceptable?
Posted on September 5, 2007

It's strange. There are similar cases in the US. One in the 1980s that was featured on Donahue that featured a brother and sister pair who fell in love and then found out they were siblings after they had had one child. I still think incest is a bad thing and we should maintain the laws against it, but when things happen like this, I think that jail isn't right. Required sterilization isn't a bad idea, if they refuse to give each other up.
