l am Ghanaian and have finished my senior high school education I want to know if there is a top up to degree program in electrical/electronics, civil and engineering in Sweden, either at low tuition cost or for fee tuition. If yes what are the schools that are involved and there site you can contact me through my mail armahson@yahoo.com, but l learn t there is a fee tuition for undergraduate study in Sweden, can l know the school.
