(More) The Sovereign Constitutional Kingdom of Kelta is a small, currently unrecognized Nation-State that simply desires to exercise the right to self-determination by way of autonomy. In today's world, that means we must create a new nation, This is needed to provide the Keltan citizen with a social and ideological basis for solidarity. In June of 2009, the founding father of The Sovereign Constitutional Kingdom of Kelta established a formal government and declared independence for all Keltan citizens and sovereignty for the government and nation of The Sovereign Constitutional Kingdom of Kelta. Subsequently, a constitutional committee was formed and set about the critical task of creating a firm foundation of guiding principles for the difficult task of nation building and governance as Kelta continues to grow and gains recognition and acceptance among the community of brother and sister nations. And thereby create the viable existence for freemen to flourish. Kelta celebrates both individual freedom and mutual interdependence and responsibility. This new Nation-State is seeking accreditation from an international organization in order to have the full rights of a genuine international organization, and "does not exist to foster dependence on the United Nations or on any other generally malefic international organization, but to generally foster independence from such organizations, and to focus, in turn, on relations with international organizations which exist to protect human beings as well as the environment, objectives which are beneficial to the well-being of human beings, as this philosophy is compatible with the primary purpose of human government, and not necessarily compatible to the economic and geopolitical interests of multinational or government corporations.
