Many of the complexities we struggle with in life are of our own making; I say this not to put others down, but cause I am the master of this. Having said this, I can say my best times, my most spiritually happy times are those times when I can let go of the complex and just be -- such as holding a sleeping baby. Hunter S, Thompson said: "I gave a strange compulsion to try to make sense of things that make no sense at all." I know what he means.
