Thank you so much I love the book and although I was unable to download it I found if you click the "ipaper" and hit print it actually printed all 20 pages so for those who were having trouble try that. My printer acted as though it was only going to print 1 page but as I said the whole book printed. Many thanks for the book. Best wishes
