Originally from the U.S. Northwest -- the Puget Sound -- and now based either in Bellingham, Washington, a port city near the Canadian border, or in a small French town southwest of Paris, called Boullay-les-Troux. Worked as a journalist both in the States and in Europe (many years in France, where all my children were born).
Currently working on, simultaneously, several film scripts, two novels, and a film company project, with a partner.
Outside of writing, has worked across the years in one life as a journalist, editor, publications consultant, advertising director, teacher, translator, and in another (earlier one) as: bartender, truck driver, farmhand, ranch hand, carpenter, mechanic, life guard and night watchman...
