Located in Wilmington, Delaware, and serving the adjoining areas of southeast Pennsylvania and New Jersey,Maryland,and Virginia. Mid Atlantic Warranty Corporation works in partnership with an extensive network of trusted automotive dealerships and repair facilities certified by the National Institute for Automotive Service Excellence (ASE).
Partner automotive dealerships provide two MAWC service agreements. Customers may elect Power Train only coverage or opt for a Comprehensive Plus agreement. All agreements are clearly written to delineate limitations of coverage in terms of mileage or end-date, modest deductibles, and applicable options.
In an effort to insure that all diagnostic, estimate, and repair work is performed accurately, fairly, and in keeping with the highest quality standards, MAWC works exclusively with ASE repair locations both in and out of market. Should a customer need to initiate a claim, a call to the company’s toll-free number will provide necessary claims information and the name of a participating repair facility to certify the vehicle mileage and obtain a proper repair authorization. At that point, the customer may elect to have the repair completed by any ASE certified shop of their choice. Only bonded and insured ASE repair shops are utilized to service all MAWC agreements.
