About the author 
Barbara Meneses Montgomery has a Spanish and Australian heritage andcurrently lives in Southern Spain. With a Bachelor´s degree in PoliticalScience, she has been a journalist for more than 15 years and specialised inforeign affairs and social journalism. She was one of the youngest journalistsin the Gulf War in 1991.She is also an author of a book for teenagers,

 published in Spain in 1989 and 1991 by Edelvives.Barbara is currently a complementary therapist, specializing in AdvancedMeridian Psychotherapist and Advanced Life Coach, (School of NaturalHealth and Sciences, UK). She is also the co-director of a Retreat Centre inSouthern Spain,
