When there is a question of whether Standard or Daylight Time was recorded on thebirth certificate, begin by erecting both versions of the chart and then noting whichplanets shifted houses. Question the individual about life events and circumstancesrelated to the houses where there was a significant shift. For example, suppose thatPluto is in the 3

house in one version of the birth chart and in the 2
