Tornike Natsvlishvili’s answer to the
occasionally mystiying bus sched-
ules has not been to petition or areturn to the previous bus routes.
Instead, Natsvlishvili created an ap-

Although the application iscurrently only available orthe Android mobile system,Natsvlishvili plans to expandirst to Apple phones, and thento Blackberries. He is also open
