). No other rooms areavailable or this purpose. All invitations, notices orcirculars in connection with these meetings mustbe issued in the Member’s name. I large numbersare expected, it is advisable to insert a notice in theAll-Party Whip to inorm other Members.
What can Members do to ensure a successul lobby?
Ensure that the organisers contact Police Operations(x6882), and also Charing Cross Police Station i ademonstration is involved. It is recommended thatorganisers o high volume lobbies consider bookingan outside venue where lobbyists can wait or beaddressed beore or ater they enter the House, e.g.the Methodist Central Hall, or other suitable nearby locations.
