Another popular prejudice that I'm surprised isn't mentioned is the rat race of getting a trophy wife. However, I think you kind of allude to it when even the people that are attracted to you treat you in unflattering ways, regardless of your size. Then of course the pettiness too. I do admit I did read it all, which means a lot since I'm one to lose interest quickly in things.

2 things are needed to understand society, 1) You have to play to people's own prejudices, which I liked that it mentioned about it being ok to torment a fat person but not use a racial slur. 2) People in the marginalized group can be just as bad, like the fat girls looking down on the thin one. Our lives will improve if we simply enjoy mingling with those we're attracted to by finding sparks.
