THE CONSTRAINTS
As well as the opportunities, the plansmust address the important constraints ondevelopment. Some o these are highlightedbelow:An aviation uel pipeline crosses the site to•the West.High voltage electricity power lines cross•the western edge o the site near theA327.Two scheduled ancient monuments•within the site (the Stables and theMoat) must be protected.
