scribbled: there was a time in my life your words describe the sleepless nights that were consumed with pain and heartache. The comment posted by rhondawinter is so very true, once I was able to "let go" I began to feel better...it was a slow process but well worth it. Letting someone "live rent free in your head" is an excellent way to describe this type of anguish. You have a talent in describing your thoughts, feelings and heartache and I thank you for sharing them.
