All you need for this repair is a 1/4" connector, sharp knife or razor, can of "Great Stuff) sprayfoam, 12" of 5/16" plastic tubing and the will to succeed ....Start by removing the bazillion screws securing the door liner and gasket to the door.Remove door liner and gasketcut out the insulation as well as about 5" of the gray tubing that houses the water line tubing(dont cut through water line)cut off about 4" of the water line and insert the coupler

Feed your 12" piece of tubing through the bottom of the door and insert it into the other end of the connector

Reseal the hole with spray foam insulation..don't be scared, fill it up! Allow 3 or 4 hours for theinsulation to expand and dry.Then you can trim the excess flush and reinstall the door liner and gasket.DO NOT reinstall the liner before the insulation has has time to fully expand and dry..it couldcrack the liner.
