Do clock times have single or double quotation marks? There must be a way to set it off in the narrative, whether it's analogue or digital. (like the alarm clock). The Dad grounding is a turn around. And is he that logical he lists stuff? The nurse reminds me a lot of Marilyn Monroe's helpers. (Admit I was thinking a lot of the Mum during the party with Peter, Rocky and Ben). Bold would probably work. Or put them in a Courier-type font. Again, different authors have different styles. I would have said, "Go with what the style guide or publisher says".

Enjoyed reading Stacey playing basketball in chapter 17. I see that chapter 18 is from one of the boys' point of view, or is Stacey thinking more in the narrative? (Teacher! Teacher!) "Don't download this song" (or TV show). The love theme is well developed in chapter 20. Rocky is very emotionally intelligent and maybe manipulative. "Buttons"! The dialogue between the mother and Stacey is good.
