We are to use the mouth that God has given to us to save souls and do His will:

Once the matter has been taken to the Lord in prayer, then it is done. He will solvethe problem and give you the words to say if it is in His will for you to say anything atall.

Even when a fool holds his peace, he can appear to be wise:

Even a fool, when he holdeth his peace, is counted wise: and he thatshutteth his lips is esteemed a man of understanding.
Put a stop to all corrupt communications coming out of your mouth:

Let no corrupt communication proceed out of your mouth, but that which isgood to the use of edifying, that it may minister grace unto the hearers.
