1.The Holy Scripture is the only sufficient, certain, and infallible rule of all savingknowledge, faith, and obedience.
II Timothy3:16
All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness:
II Timothy3:17
That the man of God may be perfect, thoroughly furnished unto all goodworks.Although the light of nature and the works of creation and providence manifestthe goodness, wisdom, and power of God so much that man is left without anyexcuse, they are not sufficient to provide that knowledge of God and His willwhich is necessary for salvation.
Psalm19:1
To the chief Musician, A Psalm of David. The heavens declare the glory of God; and the firmament showeth his handiwork.
Psalm19:2
Day unto day uttereth speech, and night unto night showeth knowledge.
Psalm19:3
There is no speech nor language, where their voice is not heard.

Which show the work of the law written in their hearts, their conscience also bearing witness, and their thoughts the mean while accusing or else excusing
