The Stanford Graduate School of Business launched the Corporate Governance Research Program (CGRP) in 2006 to generate new insights, and advance the intellectual understanding and teaching of corporate governance around the world. The CGRP further seeks to bridge the gap between theory and practice of corporate governance by engaging academics, regulators, and professionals who can apply this knowledge to both classrooms and organizations around the world.
