    A research paper I wrote in 1988 while attending Indiana University - Bloomington, after a three-month tour of Croatia, where I researched the use of art in special education. I visited several institutions housing both children and adults, ranging from severely handicapped to moderate to sight or hearing-impaired. This paper is a synopsis of my visit.
