I.
BACKGROUND
This matter arises out of four Independent Contractor Service Agreements ["ServiceAgreements"] entered into by Blackwater and each of the Decedents. Section 20.1 of theService Agreement provides:Contractor and BSC hereby agree that any dispute regarding interpretation orenforcement of any of the parties' rights or obligations under this Agreementshall be resolved by binding arbitration according to the rules of the AmericanArbitration Association and shall be conducted in Currituck or CamdenCounty in North Carolina.Petition [DE-11 Exs.
