Another UK site. The Birmingham learning grid has all kinds of activities that canbe used with a tablet like the CPS Chalkboard, or an Interactive Whiteboard.Because these are in Great Britain, part of the fun for your students might be thefact that many are narrated in “British English” .http://www.sheppardsoftware.com/web_games_menu.htm Not just games, but activities like SAT prep words. In January of 2009, eInstruction introduced a new wirelesstablet, the Mobi. The Workspace software installs “bunches” of content. However there are also free lessons you can download for Workspace at this site:http://www.interwritelearning.com/resources/lessons.php Many of these lessons come “prealigned” to state standards. In the case of SouthCarolina, there are over 1,000 standards listed, with appropriate Workspacelessons for each one.http://www.brainybetty.com/ This site a smorgasbord of free graphics, powerpoint images, clip art andtutorials.http://www.teachervision.fen.com/ A subscription site, but many free lesson plans available.www.fiddlersgreen.net A site selling paper models.
