Fresh Guacamole
What I love about guacamole is you can totally make it your own. What you’ll start with is this base recipe, and go ahead and experiment! Add a little cilantro and some extra lime for a fresh island flavor. Addsome chopped jalapeños if you’d like it spicy. Or even add some extratomatoes for a little more color and texture. My personal favorite is to add a few dashes of cayenne, garlic powder, jalapeños and some extra lime juice.

I love this entire menu and will forward to my sister, who is in charge of the food for the Fourth because it is an even-numbered day :)
