UPDATE: Jan 2012 - Loren Data Corp's new appellate and antitrust counsel, Glenn Manishin, has completed and filed the appeal for Loren Data Corp. The company intends to carry the case forward and expend all efforts to secure its rightful place as a distinguished, fully connected peer among the greater community of global EDI networks, and to oppose GXS' efforts at subverting the collegial systems of non-settlement interconnects. No way to sugar coat it - Loren Data, the underdog, had a setback in the Antitrust case. The company will appeal and seek redress at FCC in addition to pushing the case forward. The grant of a MTD is not the end of the word, its just costly in time and dollars.
