 What is happiness? How to behappy? Is eternal happinesspossible? Where do I findhappiness? We all are in pursuit of happiness. We try to find itin this material world - outside ourselves. We try tofind it in morning newspaper, in the cup oftea/coffee, in our job, in tasty lunch, in chatting with friends, in picnics, in movies and dramas, insex and in relationships. But years after years passon and our pursuit of happiness continues, day after day, hour after hour, minute after minute!Then we turn to God, visiting places of worship,making prayers, doing good work, helping others -still the search is essentially focused on outside. And it fails too. We still do not experience what ourscriptures tell us - what we have heard - abouteternal happiness.Then frustrated, we believe it's a lie. There is noeternal happiness out there. And we shut our eyesand go within. And soon we get a glimpse of truehappiness! And we wonder, did we ever really feelhappiness before this?True and eternal happiness lies within - in thiseternal moment of Now. But why just read these words? Do experiment. Give up the search, forgetall that you know about happiness, give upeverything and just be! Be with yourself and lethappiness be revealed to you, which is alwaysthere - ever present within you. With Love,
